How do I split this in to two pieces?

Could anyone explain how to split this curved surface? I'm pretty new to fusion so it would be very great if someone explained how it's done, I added my file and a pic below!

1 If you want support, it would be helpful if the shown part is named. I can't identify it in the collection.
2. Unfortunately, you have also disabled the design history, which makes things even more difficult.
