I'd like to make a car spoiler, but I'm not entirely sure how to shape this curved part so it looks like the attached paint drawing. Please help! I added my file below!

Create a sketch with a path, then create a plane-on-path and create a sketch for that profile on that path. Then step the profile along that path.
