How do I design this Hand in Fusion :(

Hi

I need to create this Hand design in fusion but have very little idea where to start as it seems to have quiet a number of variations.

For reference the Center Finger is 6 inches long.

I feel that from the wrist to the palm needs to be sort of loft creation with each finger being a separate item.

Any directions on how to create this from the start will be great.

So I imagine a round inner sleeve that slots into the inside of the hand and into the cuff would be great if you could make that. Otherwise I can do that.
