this is the design that i downloaded and would like to know how to to go about designing this belt
Two Extrudes and two Lofts.
(I would do as surfaces, Stitch and Thicken.)
I intentionally simplified this a bit on the transitions and changed the scale, but the Attached should give you an idea.
Simply Edit Sketch2 to get the proper transition profile.
