How can I model this flat twisted wire?

This is a photo of some twisted flat wire which I need to model in Fusion. I've tried, but failed, can anybody help please?

Draw a centreline path.

Make a cross section profile (slot?), and Sweep it with a huge twist value, 10,000 degrees or so - adjust the numbers to suit.

Sweep tool will help to make this twisted object. In addition set the instances of twisting.
