Can I add a bend to a flat component?

Hello I am new to cad design, I have been welding and fabricating for years but now trying to do the design end as well in a more professional manner.  I am making a fire tower for a friend and I designed 3 of the side panels in one flat piece. I want to add bends to it now but am struggling to find out how to do this. Do I need to do one panel and use sheet metal tools to add a flange to each side and then do the drawing for each of the sides from there?   I attached a screenshot of the panel. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Fire tower help.png

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?

The is a good example model to use the sheet metal Bend command.  Take a look at the Screencast.  Model is attached with a different name.

Here is another example, but I just realized that I did it backwards.

Thanks @TheCADWhisperer this actually gives me another idea on how I can make these even simpler to manufacture. never really looked at doing it as a cylinder but that could be kind of neat as well!
