How can I make guide rails between two sketches?

Hi I am buliding a assembly. The components is built where its supposed to be in the assembly. Now I am trying to make a turbine blade. I am using the loft function and I want to use guide rails. My problem is that I can't get the rails connected to the sketches. I made the rails in the XZ plane so the rail is not being made at the same place in the room as the other two sketches.

How can I connect the rails between the two sketches?
