How can I build this in Fusion?

Good day.

I'm pursuing the design of a Zome structure in Fusion 360. It's a very easy design to draw in sketchup, but I'm having some challenges when trying to do it in fusion. I'm linking to a youtube video that shows how I do it in Sketchup. My suspicion is that this is quite straight forward.

1. Create a Plane at Angle for one of the top diamonds.
2. Create a sketch on the plane.
3. Draw the diamond.
4. Extrude the diamond.
5. Use a circular pattern to complete the top row.
6. Create a Plane Through Three Points (or Plane Through Two Edges) using the bottom of one of the diamonds.
7. Repeat steps 2 through 6.
8. Copy the top half and position it using a joint.
