How can a Sketch Offset be made to update as expected when a Rectangular Pattern is updated?

Hi, I’d be grateful if anyone could help me figure out how to achieve this expected behavior.
Issue: Component-C Sketch1 Offset perimeter does not update as expected when the Rectangular Pattern of Component-A (R-Pattern1) is updated.
Expected Behavior: Altering the Quantity and or Suppression values in the Component-A Rectangular Pattern should cause the Component-C Sketch1 Offset perimeter to reflect the alterations.
Steps to reproduce issue:
- Open Question-OffsetSupressedRectangularPatternChange v9 (file attached)
- Observe Component-C Sketch1 is correctly offset from the perimeter of Component-B Body1
- Click Component-A R-Pattern1in the History and adjust the Quantity/Suppression as required
- Review and resolve any errors in the Component-B Combine1 step ensuring the target body is not changed and that all the required bodes are selected
- ISSUE: Observe Component-C Sketch1 is NOT correctly offset from the perimeter of the updated Component-B Body1
The design has three elements which are currently implemented as distinct components:
- Component-A: A hexagonal tile arranged with a suppressed rectangular pattern (R-Pattern1) to create a number of bodies.
- Component-B: New Component created by combining the bodies of Component-A
- Component-C: Sketch derived from the perimeter of the single body in Component-B
Example file and outline of creation process: (file attached)
Create New Component: Component-A
- New Sketch
- Define geometry
- Extrude
- Save
- Suppressed Rectangular Pattern
- Save
- Combine Component-A bodies to New Component
Rename New Component to Component-B
- Save
Create New Component: Component-C
- New Sketch
- Project Component-B Body1
- Save
- Offset projection perimeter
