hollow out object for 3d printing

I have created a project and I want to now print it. I now want to hollow it out for 3d printing. For lack of better terms, a 3d honeycomb that keeks the strenth, but reduces the amount of plastic needed to print. Any help?

Without seeing it, in general terms,

The program you set your settings with for the printer will do that.  It’s called a Slicer, and needs a hollow body to work perimeter wall settings.  Your export of the model to Stl file is the conversion you are asking for.  Set the infill settings as desired.

Might help....

Actually, you need to do the exact opposite of what you want to do.  You should fill all voids in Fusion 360 models, then set the infill pattern and percentage in your slicer.  I personally like the Gyroid infill pattern for strength.  Prusa Slicer is the slicer I use.
