Hobbyist Trying to Convert STL to Solid

Any chance someone could help convert this STL to a solid?  Tried doing it without prismatic and get most of the way, but the filets/chamfers are causing issues and that's one of the things I need to edit.  Just a hobbyist here with very limited fusion experience.  Thanks in advance.

project the body  into sketch, remove the arcs and reconstruct the sketch.

No fillets!  >  Chamfers!
