Your sketches of that profile do not intersect with end points at the moment, zoom right in to the intersections and you will see they do not connect.

A cutter that shape, might be impossible with your file in it's current state.  The cutting profile is normally a line or series of lines that you could extrude as a single selection,

In the Patch modelling area, your file does not allow Patches to be created, so I think you are stuck, without some sort of chipping away with lots of small separate cuts.  Make the shape with chamfers and spitting tools, and then combine the other end to it.

Best of luck....

@davebYYPCU projecting the sketch onto a offset plane then redrawing it so it's useable then useing split body does the trick.

@Anonymous The model of yours needs redone it's messed up, it is easyer to just redo it.

All you need to do is project the end profile onto a plane taken from the origin then copy the sketch then start a new model create a component start a sketch in that component then past the sketch in Aline it to the origin, then you can extrude it.

Then do a offset plane off the origin above the model draw the splitting sketch on it, then go into the patch environment and split body.

I am doing an example now

Don't worry bout me, I was trying to make sense of 15 sketch lines to make a cutter with patches, when your done deal popped up.
