I am very new to Autodesk Fusion 360 and recently saved a project I was working on, but can't figure out how to get back to work on it. Could anyone help me out?

Welcome to the community!

You may use the Data Panel on the left of the application to access your designs and manage projects. Please refer to the link below for more details:

You can also use "Search" or "My Recent Data" list to get your files quickly.
