Help with step file editing

Hello all,

I am trying to edit this step file, to make the radius of the circular region larger, at a specified size.

After trying and failing for a while tried to ask 🙂 

Rectangular mount section has to stay at the same size.

I really appreciate if one of you can spare few mind to explain (or better screen capture) how this can be done, of course if it is possible at all.

If you delete all fillets one by one...

@wersy , thank you, everything looks much simpler now. How can I increase the radius of the cylinder ? I am trying press pull but keep ending up with an awkward structure. I am sorry, I know I am asking something perhaps too basic.

Sketch a 2 point circle, from top dead centre or some other reference, with the circle diameter dimensioned.  

Remove the original, and Extrude join the new one.

I would do it with a sketch and extrude

Got it, basically I delete the old circle an sketch / extrude new.
