Help with reversing z axis on offset plane to create a countersink hole

Well title says it all

I have tried several ways to construct an offset plane but it always its up so that the z axis points the wrong way so the hole function will not cut into the body.

Attached is file component; roller latch:1   Sketch; Slot Plane; Plane 7

Got it

I set the plane up where i wanted it which happens to be slightly inside the body....

I kept trying to cut the hole first.  It always wanted to go the wrong way.

But if I extruded a cut so that the top surface of the hole was exposed then viola the hole cut the right way.

Sorry to bother you.

I know you have solved your issue but I wanted to take the opportunity to give you a new method of doing this with the creation of a Base Feature, in this case a construction plane you can rotate.  Take a look at the video.
