Help with Holes

Im hoping this is an easy solution.

I would like to countersink a hole.....but I want the top of the countersink to be 2mm lower than the top of the hole....

That way the top of the screw will be 2mm below the top of the surface when installed.

Just can't find a way to do this.

Yep. 

Edit extrusion to 3.6 high. 

After the holes,

extrude top face 2mm > Join.

here i extruded the top surface   by 3mm, still need to remove 3mm from bottom 🙂  maybe a little different

So you Edit Feature, select the 1st Extrude.  the Distance is currently 5.6mm, 

set the new value as 2.6mm.  (5.6-3)
