I designed this part and I need to convert it to a flat pattern so we can use a plasma table to cut it out, but am not sure how to design it. Any help is appreciated, thanks

Because your part is double or compound curved, you can get it from MeshMixer.

Sweep the Centre Line of the blade as a surface body. Line added to Sketch 2 for the Path.

Save as STL, (Ascii)

Import to Mesh Mixer, and use Unwrap.

Save the flattened body as STL, and return to Fusion,

Insert Mesh, (MM version - pink) onto the ground plane,

Create Sketch and trace (3 point arc) the mesh body, mirror if required.

Save As DXF or change to Manufacturing.

I did do one thing different, I converted the mesh to a solid body because for whatever reason lines weren't snapping to the mesh.
