help system is broken ?

I tested the steps you went thru and I did not have problems.  Can you make sure your browser is not hung due to other reasons?

Chrome runs fine

I have not been able to replicate your results.

I am using chrome version:

Version 43.0.2357.124 m

Please check to see that your Chrome is up to date.

Odd

Chrome is updated and runs fine. Fusion is unable to start it. Ah windows 😉

I can uninstall fusion and install it freshly

so I needed to fully restart my PC to make Fusion be able to access Chrome. All works now.
