Help preparing model for shapeways

I have designed a ring and I wanted to order it in steel from Shapeways however it is too thin and i can not figure out a way to fix it due to how complicated the model is. Could someone please help me.

You might want to attach the Fusion 360 model in native .f3d format and not the triangulated .stl mesh.
