Help! Convert F3D to Sketchup file

Hi! Any of you nice people willing to help me out with a simple conversion? I received a Fusion file but I need it to open preferably in Sketchup. So I'd need a .skp or .stl or maybe .dxf? Might be better to export to a few types to be sure it worked?

Thank you for your reply but I forgot to mention I don't have a license for Fusion. If I had I would certainly do it myself! 🙂 I was hoping to find someone who could convert it for me.

I have removed the external parts to reduce the file size.
