Help assembly Toggle Clamp

I'm having a difficult time assembling this toggle clamp.  When I attach the bracket to the arm it says "conflicting joints".  Here is the link (https://a360.co/3lNd7Ex).  I've been stuck on this for a few days, any help would be much appreciated.

In the Screencast I mention the Joint that is probably giving you issues and my solution.  I only showed this final Joint as I am assuming this is the one giving you issues.  I broke all links in your model for ease of attachment so do not substitute for yours.  Model is attached.
