Has lofting been affected with the last update?

I've done numerous lofts like this until the last update.

...STREAKER IV DOUBLERS... is the last one that I did that worked.(file attached)

...SHURIKEN STREAK DOUBLERS...won't work now.(file attached)

...I'm still pretty new at Fusion 360, could be my brain quit! Anything is possible!

Thanks for looking

I had a loft issue after the latest update but after I restarted the system it did not happen again.

You have a problem with your rail, because you have points you've used to make your spline I think your rail is constrained to a point rather than the spline. In the screencast I delete the points then use intersect to make a point I know is on the spline. I still get an error after fixing the rail because it would make a self intersecting surface. You can get a surface if you extrude surfaces and use the ends in the loft. File's attached.
