Hello Autodesk supporters,

I have troubles getting the following done:

-i have a personal account with lots of stuff

-i want to share this stuff with others and grant them admin rights

-i learned that this only works with team hubs

so how on earth do i get a new hub? is this so basic and simple that i dont get it, or is it as complicated as i assume it to be?!?

i want to give all my data away since i want to hand over the project. can somebody guide me through this?

i've been searching the community and helpdesk for nearly two hours now, only to find how-tos which dont look at all as my a360 account or use functions that i dont have. this is getting frustrating

any help is appreciated

Hi @ninolemann,

You don't necessarily need a Team hub to do the following! Realistically you can just invite the end users to each of your projects. You will still be the owner of the project and won't be able to assign individual roles such as a Team hub, but your project members will be able to access the data.

To do this, open your project from your data panel and click the Invite button and add the email addresses of the users that you want.

More information can be found here.

If you do want a team hub, you can learn more about Team Hubs here

Thanks,
