Graphics problems

Within the last two weeks I have seen a new bug. The first time I noticed it was in CAM when I went to edit an already existing setup and the model disappeared. After panning and zooming I found almost a hole in the cloud that I could see the origin through but it was huge and didn't look normal at all.

Now today I tried to edit a fillet size on another model and when I double click on the existing fillet and the edit fillet tab pops up the model disappears completely and all that is left is the grey background and the fillet size blue arrow but the arrow is not pointing at anything. I cannot see the model, I cannot see fillet lines and I cannot select or deslect the lines. I cannot drag the blue arrow. Usually pushing ctrl shows the selected fillets but here it does nothing. I cannot edit this model and I cannot do my work.

I tried going back to direcx9 with no change.
I deselected and reselected all effects, changed the environment, visual style, mesh display and object visibilities with no change.
Now I cannot machine this part I was supposed to finish today.

After switching to DX9 did you restart Fusion?

Are you on a laptop?

Are you connected to an external monitor?

Can you check the Graphics Diagnostics under the ? help menu? Use copy to clipboard and paste the results here.

Thanks!
