Glitchy Animation: Part transforms and disappears despite storyline

Hello,

I'm finding the animation facility to be pretty glitchy. Things are happening frequently which are not scripted on the storyline. Is there anything I can do to clear unseen events and prevent these undesired things from happening? 

My current problem is a screw which disappears and transforms in my animation at a certain time where nothing is shown occuring on its storyline. I have also noticed camera viewing angles changing frequently despite there being nothing in the storyline. Please help.
