Getting Started For Absolute Beginners / Lesson 6: Fusion Team and Sharing

At 1:40 in the video, He's using a Markup tool on chrome to edit a Project. He creates a comment and then tells us to save. I for the life of me cant figure out how to do this because his web browser layout is totally different. I am using google chrome like him. Ive noticed to that fusion 360 desktop app is a little different to. im stuck any help would be appreciated. Thank you  Here is the pics. The first one is his and the second one is mine??
