Getting logging error

Hi guys,

I am getting the following error while trying to sign in at Fusion 360:

error 2.png

I have checked the web service log at

  • Windows: C:\Users\***\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Web Services\Log\WebServices.log)

And I get the following error:

2017-04-03T09:44:05.051Z [Fusion360:2680, 4912] [AdWebServices.Session ERROR] Starting logout in server using REST
2017-04-03T09:44:05.052Z [Fusion360:2680, 4912] [AdWebServices.Session ERROR] Failed to logout in server for product a21ba95bec91.1:. Failed to invalidate token in server. Http error: 0. Network error: 0 Unknown error

I have tried a lot of forums and different things but haven´t been able to log in.

Has anybody faced the same problem? What can I do?

Thanx in advance,

Daniel

Sorry to hear about the troubles.

Could you also share any log files you find in the below directories and upload them to this thread?

C:\Users\***\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\Logs

or

C:\Users\***\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\***\Logs

There's lots of suggestions to try in this link, have you been through these?

https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Fus...

Also, do you know if the time, date, time zone, and daylight savings time on your computer are accurately set? The below link has some suggestions you may use.

I hope these suggestions help. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Hi Nathan,

Thanks a lot for your response.

Thanks to James.Youmatz support, I fixed this error by deleting the loginstate.xml file located in the Web Services folder (C:\Users\***\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Web Services).

Regards,

Daniel
