Hi guys,

I am getting the following error while trying to sign in at Fusion 360:

error 2.png

I have checked the web service log at

  • Windows: C:\Users\***\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Web Services\Log\WebServices.log)

And I get the following error:

2017-04-03T09:44:05.051Z [Fusion360:2680, 4912] [AdWebServices.Session ERROR] Starting logout in server using REST
2017-04-03T09:44:05.052Z [Fusion360:2680, 4912] [AdWebServices.Session ERROR] Failed to logout in server for product a21ba95bec91.1:. Failed to invalidate token in server. Http error: 0. Network error: 0 Unknown error

I have tried a lot of forums and different things but haven´t been able to log in.

Has anybody faced the same problem? What can I do?

Thanks in advance,

Daniel

Hi @Anonymous,

Welcome to the Fusion 360 Community!

I saw your support email come in as well. Can you please post your web services log as well as your application log files. This guide here shows you how to collect those.

As a quick test - have you tried deleting the loginstate.xml file located in the Web Services folder (C:\Users\***\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Web Services). This will force you to log back into Fusion 360 the next time you launch it.

Thanks,

Hi James, I deleted the loginstate.xml file and it worked. Thanks a lot!
