'Generate' Button in Generative Design Section Not Working

No matter what I do, the 'Generate' button remains greyed out and unresponsive. I've tried numerous troubleshooting steps, including reinstalling the software, logging in from the browser, changing Wi-Fi connections, and even unassigning and reassigning designs, but to no avail.

I've also attempted to use designs that I've previously generated, assuming that it might be an issue with the design itself, but unfortunately, the problem persists. (I have an education license and my credits are unlimited, as it shows)

Thanks for letting me know. Nope, still stuck with the same issue here too.

I'm wondering if something changed with the student license or if it's just a bug. Maybe there was an update that messed things up?

Not sure who might have the answer about this. 

I'll keep digging and let you know if I find anything. And if you figure it out, please share!
