Fusionlauncher.exe new since last update?

Since a while when starting Fusion 360 I see Fusionlauncher.exe

Came this pop-up with a last update?

tried to make a screenshot but that is not possible ( tried different ways )

The pop up text ( partly) :

User account control

Do you want to allow this app to make changes

to your device

FusionLauncher.exe

Verified Publisher : Autodesk,Inc.

File origin : Hard drive on this computer

YES or NO

When I started working - december last year- with Fusion 360 there was no pop up

I don't know when it came

I think mid january

I have had contact with Mike Grau Autodesk Muenchen vie Teamviewer

He made some changes on my PC

Maybe this caused starting to pop up

Or the latest updates can be the reason or it.

Thanks for the update. The dialog box you're describing sounds like it is related to User Account Control settings in the Windows OS. 

One way I know you can prevent the dialog from appearing is to modify the settings in Windows.

1. Select Change User Account Control Settings from Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\User Accounts

2. Lower the slider bar to the ‘Never Notify’ position

3. Select OK (Restart if prompted)

There is really no harm with the dialog appearing and then selecting yes to continue launching Fusion 360. If you prefer not to change these settings, it shouldn't have any negative impact.
