Fusion360 WAY TOO HARD

Anyone else think this is the HARDEST most difficult program to use?

Sketchup is SO MUCH easier...

You can't even COPY AND PASTE in this LAME program...  Good thing I didn't pay for it... WOW... I spent 40 minutes trying to simply draw a 23mmx45mm square with some simple cutouts. I did this in Sketchup in literally 6 minutes...

The ONLY reason I have this software is to model my threads for printing...

So frustrated....

Carlos M. is wrong. Fusion 360 is NOT easy to learn. Too many modes! Why can't I directly edit a vertex of a normal solid, but I can if it's a form solid. Wasting hours of my life just trying to smooth out some edges of a multifaceted solid (from a mesh import). No good way to do it. And the mesh import thing is ASININE! You have to import it with your timeline turned off, then you have to edit the mesh because though the software that exported the mesh can handle all the faces, Fusion 360 cannot! So you have to reduce the mesh (no real help there in the help feature on what all the options are in the  mesh reduction dialog box). After reducing the mesh, you have to change it to a BRP (Big burp I guess). And then you have to finally turn your timeline history tracker back on. Just so you can get started with any of the thousands of STL files on thingiverse. Horrible software. Sketchup was way easier. Trying to figure out why I tried to switch. Oh yeah, because a lot of others said they were using Fusion 360. At least in Sketchup a solid is a solid!

Handling garbage files from Thingiverse is hardly a use for a serious CAD/CAM program 😀  Just print the yoda head instead of changing it...

Yeah, that was about as helpful as ...

OK, it wasn't helpful. Forget I said anything.

The OP said he wanted to print threads (I assume a screw, bolt, nut or tapped hole. Sketchup can be made to do threads, but it isn't easy. Far easier in Fusion 360.
