Thanks for your question, honestly, it is a bit tricky to understand what you

are referring to, since there is no feature for Fusion 360 that is called "sim basic".

I´m curious now, could you share a link with us that see what you are looking for?

@Mike.Grau it take's you to the product page if you click on it, it was the first time I noticed it

It may just be indicating that you have the basic Simulation capabilities available with your Fusion 360 subscription.  I assume you have Fusion 360 Standard vs. Ultimate.  That means you have the following Simulation Studies available to you:

Linear Static Stress

Modal Frequencies

Static Thermal

Static Thermal-Stress
