Fusion 360 with partitioned hard drives

I have a iMac but I have partitioned it with Windows so I bought 360 on the Windows side.

Can I use it on either side Mac or Windows?

Yes. Simply install on Mac and Windows and use your login. All your data will be there no matter where you log in from.
