Hello,

Is it possible to run Fusion 360 on a Citrix thin client? After I have no posibility to check it by myself and have not found an article how to install this configuration I try it this way.

Regards,

Srinivas

...I wonder if there are any news about that?

I have a potential customer asking the same question.

I'm currently not in a position to test this myself, but I do know that similar applications (Solid Edge, for example) have been used over remote connections. I'm pretty sure we did that in Citrix at the time.

For the SE application, I'd say it's doable for "light" work. It's not optimal, though, due to latency - depending on your connection it could even be unworkable. However, for SE, localized access was required - as the CAD files in question were stored on the local server...

However, since Fusion is operated from the cloud, I fail to see the need for working through a Citrix interface? Just install Fusion on your own system & connect to the project through the cloud?  It'll offer a much better efficiency...

Hope this helps?
