Fusion 360 locks up!

I tried to insert a bolt form McMaster-Carr and Fusion 360 locked up.

I had to force shut down in the task manager.

I tried STEP and SAT with the same result.

I tried a nut and a bolt with the same result.

Is there an issue with Mcmaster-Carr?

Update:
I updated my OS to Windows 10 and now I am able to Insert a .step from McMaster. 🙂
I have only tried this twice.
I did get the black screen over the browser area for a few seconds but Fusion made it thru it with out shutting down.

The black screen over the browser area usually happens right before Fusion shuts down unexpectedly. (I think this is common I have seen it on a few webcasts)

Hello

I am having the exact same issue as mentioned in this thread. Fusion is locking up.

To answer the questions asked:

- Just found out about the mcmaster import function today

- I'm running Windows 7 (SP1)

Fusion lock's up, but not completely. It is possible to hover the mouse above some of the buttons in the McMaster-window, and the program seems to react to it. (Se picture/attachment)

I cant click on anything though.

Hope it can be solved sometime, since it is a neat feature.

Regards, Kenni
