Hi,
Sorry that our update caused these errors for you. I am going to assume that you are on windows and if you can try the below and let me know:
1. Go to your ProgramData- Autodesk
2. Delete FusDoc folder
3. Restart Fusion 360
This should fix the problem for you. Please let us know if this helped.

yes it works, Thanks
I am not having any luck with this. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling an that doesn't work.
I can't find the Program Data folder, I can find the Program Files folder but there is not an Autodesk folder there.
Need this working asap for business use !
on C drive you need to enter in the view (at the top of the window) and show the hidden elements, then you find ProgramData Folder
ProgramData is a hidden folder in Windows.
Here is a link from Microsoft that shows how to turn on hidden folders - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/14201/windows-show-hidden-files
Hope this helps.

Sorted ! Thanks
Hello,
I had the same problem but this procedure doesn't fix the problem for me. When I delete the Fusdoc folder I just can't launch Fusion360 at all anymore...
Did you do any uninstall of the product before you found this workaround? Also did you try a restart of your machine to see if that helped?

At first I uninstalled and reinstalled the product as recommended in the error message. Tried to launch designs but it still wasn't working.
Then I deleted the Fusdoc folder as you said and tried to restart Fusion without restarting the machine. Here Fusion didn't launch at all.
So I tried restarting the machine then, here Fusion can be launched but the issue of drawings launching is still there.
Can you please do a couple of things for me:
1. launch Fusion and go to Help - Diagnostics log files
2. This will generate a zip file. Please email it to [email protected]
3. Close Fusion
4. Delete the FusDoc folder
5. Now start Fusion again and see if that fixed it for you
Sorry that this is taking longer than it should be.
