...and it is not just Fusion 360, this forum is incredibly s...l.....o........w  as well.  It has taken me over 10 mins to make this post because it is taking forever to get a response from autodesk.com.  I'm adding that because I believe the problems are related. I tested my Internet speed and they are fine and the results are attached. I see no other problems with any other website on the Internet.

I start Fusion360, it comes up with a screen that says it can't log me in, and to try and login again.  I click on that link to login and it hangs. A screen grab of the hung Fusion 360 screen is attached.

I think you have a network problem of some kind....

@Anonymous All of our monitors are showing healthy with no signs of degradation, so would like to have one of our Support team reach out to help troubleshoot.

Well I included a tracert to show you that you have a network problem at 12.83.68.137. You need to contact you ISP and ask them to route around that problem.  AT&T North Dakota.  Are you guys up in North Dakota?

ISP: Organization: AS Number:   Time Zone:

AT&T Services
AT&T Internet Services
AS7018 AT&T Services, Inc.

America/North_Dakota/Center

The forum just got faster though....

Brian:  Why do you have to sign in now?  That is a real pain.  It prompted me to sign in and after some guessing, I'm in now.  I hope it is going to remember my username and password and act like desktop software and not web software and hide the SAAS platform.

The lithium powered discussion forums and the Autodesk Fusion 360 services should be completely different things. It sounds like the issue with the forum has cleared up. Please let me know if this is not the case. Are you still having difficulties with Fusion 360?

If you are, can you share more about the system you are running Fusion 360 on? When were the graphics drivers last updated? There's a command in the help menu, graphics diagnostics, that will quickly give you this information.

Could you share the results with us?

Thanks,
