Form isn't forming as intended

Hello! I'm trying to make a roller coaster that's surrounded by a tube, and I'm doing this using the Form tool. But when I press finish form, the form does not form as intended. Does anyone know why? Thanks!

PS: Most of the time is the software trying to load, the time when it loads is at about 1:14 and 1:15

I'm not really sure what was wrong with it, but I tried Repair Body, and Make Uniform, and one of those seemed to fix it:

Make uniform does the trick. having said that.

I personally would start this design completely from scratch and adhere to recommended modeling practices.
