flatting a weird shaped part

Hey question for every one I have this weirded shaped part that we are bump bending into the shaped posted but the problem I have is i cant find a way to flatten the part i tried loft and that didn't work, i tried to find a way to bend the part in fusion but I don't know the math to be able to make it work. any help will be help full.
