Error exporting flat pattern as .DXF

Hi, I'm trying to make a plasma cut sheet metal "art" piece. I cant export this flat pattern as an .DXF. Would anyone with more experience be able to take a look at the file and possibly spot the issue? the problem seem to be in the bottom part of the piece since if i extrude only the top half i can export it as flat pattern .DXF without any problems.

Thanks!

There are a few sketches in your model.  Attached is the DXF for Sketch 6, the only one that was visible in your supplied model.  You need to be sure and be more specific next time.

Thank you, but when i import the file you provided into "Asper" by microstep. It looks like this:

I've seen similar results when i export sketch as .dxf without exporting from flat pattern converting splines to polylines.

I opened the DXF, I supplied, in both AutoCAD and Fusion 360 and it displays correctly.  I would suspect there is a problem with Aspire and would look into this.

Edit: Does the "Aspire" application accept any other file type?  Attached is a screen capture of AutoCAD DXF, you can open it in Fusion 360 to test it yourself.

I understand that the problem is with the old software they use at the company where i'm an employee. But since that is the only CNC plasma cutter i have access to i try to find workarounds. However, i still get the error message when trying to export as DXF from flat pattern with the box for converting splines to polylines ticked (tolerance 0.10mm)

ErrorError

I've found some crossing sketchlines when zooming in very, very close. i wish fusion360 could give me more information to work with. the error message is very light in information. about the problem it encountered. so i would know what to troubleshoot, or where to look.

Take a look at this Forum post, particularly at message #2, maybe the Add-In will help you out.
