Fill hole from a bridged plane

Hello,

I'm new to fusion and trying the Form functions.

I have a chair bridged to a Plane but there is a hole underneath, I have tried Fill Hole by selecting the edges of the plane but it doesnt let me.

Can anyone show me the correct way to do this?

I was able to get the hole filled using the Face command.  It required some repair, though - one of the original faces seemed odd to me, so I deleted and re-created it.  Then, I had to go in and do an Auto Repair, which fixed the model.  Then, I could Crease the outer edge to get close to, but not exactly what I think you are after.  I'm not sure whether I can get the final result, but maybe these techniques can give you some hints.  Alternatively, you can fill this using the Surface environment.
