Files will not save, crashing ensues

Issues:

The version number of the components/assemblies would not increase when I saved like they usually would. But my files would still be updated and this didn’t impact my work in any way.

The assemblies wouldn’t import new versions of components/assemblies they used. However, I was able to save and reopen the parent and then import the child without issue.

Fusion has also started crashing, and some of the components have become unresolved. I have had to recreate everything that the unresolved components were used in. I’ve attached the warning I received when opening the file below.

Fusion has also continued to crash while I’ve been attempting to fix the issues.

Attempted Fix:

Followed instructions here.

Comments:

Because Fusion is a cloud based software, every time I save something it needs to be uploaded to the cloud so it is placed in a queue. However, sometimes files get stuck in the queue and prevent anything from being saved to the cloud, but the files are still in the local cache. I believe this is why the file versions did not increment but I’d still have the latest on my computer.

I am able to clear the queue by going to the folder below and removing the “Q” folder and “UploadQueuedFileList.xml”

C:\Users\<Username>\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\<ID>\W.login

I believe the large amount of cached data is what is causing the crashes and perhaps the failure to update child components/assemblies in the parent assembly.

Results:

Initially, the solution from the linked page fixed the saving and crashing issues. However, some files, I'm not totally sure which ones, have continued to cause the saving queue to clog up. I have continued to attempt implementing the solution linked above, but Fusion is becoming more unstable, crashing every 10-20 minutes of work time.

I'm afraid that none of these help. I am convinced that the problem is that Fusion is incapable of saving some of my files properly. The more I try to save them, the more frequent the crashes. Perhaps I can skip the cloud and use my computer to store the info?

Yes, you can use your Computer to store your files.

And why not try Re-installing Fusion..?
Use this Clean Uninstall tool...
