Feature pattern taking too long

When I select a previous (successful) rectangular pattern feature (green arrow), I get some extended wireframe entities (red arrows) I don't know about. How can I correct this?

@mschoonmaker, can you share your model here?  We'd need to take a look to be certain.  Offhand, I'd say that this might be a sketch that is invisible, but is referenced by the pattern.  When you select a feature, Fusion highlights things referenced by that feature, even if they are invisible.  But, if you share the model, I can let you know for certain.
