F360 DXF file issues with Torchmate CAD

Hello all, 

I'm brand new to Fusion 360 as well as Torchmate...  My initial end process is a Torchmate Plasma Table. 

That being said I've created a few drawings in Fusion and I'm having trouble with the DXF files.. I've got Fusion installed on both my MAC and Windows machines and having the same trouble.. the DXF file basically crashes my Torchmate CAD program when I try to import it. I've searched and this seems to be a known issue... Was this ever resolved?   Like I said I'm brand new to this all so it's very possible it's something I'm doing wrong..

could you download the free version of Draftsight open and save as a new DXF and see if this then works in your other app?

I found a Torchmate Customer Service Rep on another forum and they have issued a fix for this. I emailed hime directly and he got back to me right away..  

There's a .dll file that needs to be updated within the torch mate CAD program

Do you have any information on the location of that other forum post? 

I am in need of that dll as well, and would like to know who i can speak to that's familiar with the situation.
