Extrusion partly dissapeares when I change parameters.

I am trying to make a parametric design I can use multiple times with different dimensions. When I change certain dimensions a part of my extrusion disappears. I noticed this happens when the horizontal construction-line crosses the corner of my object. You can see what happens in the screencast.

Is there any way to fix this?

Here is the file. When I set ph_length to anything more than 22mm it stops working.
