When I extrude profile, I can just click some surface and profile will be extruded to that level. However, this is not the same as selecting "To" in extrusion dialog and then clicking surface, relationship between extrusion distance and surface is not maintained in the first case, but is maintained in the second one.
It there way to extrude-to without manually selecting "To" in dialog (or floating window) every time? I was hoping to something like "Alt-Click" to extrude-to surface.
