Extrude with taper creates round and sharp corners

The two centered extrusions at top and bottom of the attached image were both created using lines and arcs in a sketch, but one created rounded corners at the taper, and the other sharp.  They were both extruded within the same Extrude command from the near face (smaller size) into the page by 0.025" at a 15 degree angle due to machining constraints.

How can I make both of the extrusions create sharp corners? or round?

Thank you for your help!

sorry, I'm not getting the f3d option with export.  Closest is f3z... will that work?

this is just the way fusion is resolving the profiles.  looking at the attached screen cast, as the arc diameter gets smaller, the resulting arc and the horizontal lines approach a tangent condition.  past that point, fusion adds the fillets so it can resolve the shape.  I show something simular in the second part of the vid using offset in the sketch that might be easier to visualize-

I have done some more playing, and it looks like you're correct, but I can't determine the angle value where F360 makes the jump from round to sharp corners.

While we're here... does anyone know how to undo only the last click while in the line command, instead of starting over?

Thank you!

I figured it out... When the lines and curves of tapered offsets no longer intersect, F360 rounds the corner.  This can be seen by reducing the extrusion height until you get a sharp corner, or increasing the height to get a rounded corner.
