I am looking to see if there is a way to show a total length on a tube that has 2, 45° cuts. Can't seem to figure out a way to get the total length.

You will probably have to add an sketch line to serve as an extension line to dimension to. This sketch has to be made on a plane parallel to the view in the Design Workspace. It is then made visible in the Drawing Workspace.
