exporting dxf produces errors in dxf

When I export a sketch locally as a DXF file, I can open it with RDworks for lasercutting. However, in RDworks the splines are not exactly as they are in Fusion360 and a few straight lines are added. If I import that same DXF in Rhino3D, Rhino3D is warning that there are errors in the model and If I then continue to open that DXF, I get the same kind of errors as I see in RDworks. What is causing this problem and what can I do to fix it? As attachments I added three screenshots from the original sketch in Fusion360 and in RDworks and in Rhino3D.

The straight lines are any spline handles you have edited and can just be deleted. Apart from that are the other errors? Can you attach the design, export as an F3d.

Yes, the extra lines was the only error found with Rhino3D and therefore
easy to repair by removing them. However, in RDworks (The program I have to
use to drive my laser cutter), a piece of the spline is deformed. I have
been trying to reproduce the error with drawing new splines and now there
are no extra lines anymore, but the deformation persists after importing the
DXF in RDworks. In the attached 'errors in exporting dxf.png' you can see 2
splines. The red one is drawn in fusion360, starting on the black line. The
blue one is drawn in fusion360, starting at the right hand side and ending
on the black line. In both splines there seems to be a deformation in the
first drawn piece of the spline. Both deformations are highlighted with a
green circle and pointing to an enlargement of that error. These
deformations are a problem for me. Do you have any idea how to avoid them?

With kind regards,

I forgot to add the requested f3d file, so I do send it now.

Thank for your help,

Sorry, but the attachments I mentioned in my previous reaction does not seem to be sent with the text itself, therefore I do send them now again.

Some programs have problems reading splines from Fusion, there is a plugin that converts the spline into line segments that might help, Link. I guess your only other option is to use Rhino to convert the DXF to an older version.

the installation process was fine, I have the new button in the menu of the "Model" workspace's "Sketch" panel. But the output.... the saved dxf file has no data (only 2KB)
