Export different components from assembly

I have opened an STL I got from a vendors website.  I was able to export a component I needed and save as an STL but there are a few components I want to export together, but they seem to be parts of different components.  I can hold control and select what I am wanting to export, but when I right-click I don't get the export option.  Is there a simple way to do this?

thank you.

From your screen capture, you did not expand the Browser components so I cannot tell.  Are you sure these are STL models or STEP imported components?   If they are the later, you can easily do what you want by highlighting the ones you want, right click on one highlighted and select Copy.  Open an new empty model and then right click and Paste New.  You can then use the Export on that model.

Might have been the step file, I'm new and my verbiage may be off.  I also didn't realize it could copy between this one and another.  I tried on another item and didn't appear to work but didn't go too far into it.  let me try that.  thanks

I have done this, held control and selected the items.  Then right-clicked on the item and selected copy.  I went up to the top and selected the + for a new drawing, but when I right-click I don't get an option for paste or paste new.

As I mentioned, in my original post, the process ONLY works with components imported in from a STEP file.  Video will show the process.

I was getting the same thing before, I initially wasn't getting the paste or paste new when I tried.  I was trying to right-click on the body in the model, but it looks like it worked after a few attempts when I right-clicked on the component in the browser.

thanks
